From here I know that the arch mages quarters are in the Arch mages tower in the Imperial City. From the "World Space" dropdown selection, I selected "Interiors". As I said earlier, I am the Arch Mage so my quarters are in the Arch Mages Tower, but it can be anywhere. To do this we will need to use the Call View Window. Now we need to place the new item into the world of Oblivion. If you look again at the Object Window you will see your new item in the list. Next change the items name to your initials mage robe or anything as long as it is unique. your initials ArchMageRobe With No Spaces Change the ID to something unique I.E. Double click on ArchMageRobe under the Editor ID column. You will see a list of items in the right plane. Click on and highlight the Object Window and click on items in the left hand plane of the object window. 
As I am an Arch Mage at this time and for all of you budding mages out there we will make a mage robe which will send your mana stats through the roof. You want to enchant something and it does not matter what it is, it can be anything, but you must be able to get to it. The Render Window is blank at this time but do not worry. When it has loaded you will have three planes (Render Window, Data, Object Window). It takes some time to load depending on your system.
